We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Office Nurse RN to join our Family Medicine team in Newmarket, New Hampshire. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our teams onsite.
About the Role:This is a full-time, 40-hour position that will consist of coverage at two Family Medicine locations: Barrington Health Center and Durham Health Center. The ideal schedule is Monday-Friday, between operating hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, but we are flexible to accommodate a schedule of 4, 10-hour shifts instead.
Responsibilities:- Provide phone triage and handle patient interactions via telephone, providing advice in accordance with clinical protocols and coordinating proper disposition.
- Perform hands-on patient care and provide exceptional, personalized care in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting.
