Family Medicine Nurse Opportunity

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and compassionate Office Nurse RN to support our Family Medicine teams in New Hampshire.

This is a full-time, 40-hour position that will involve phone triage, patient interactions, and coordination of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide phone triage and patient interactions via telephone
  • Coordinate proper disposition and ensure seamless care transitions
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Family Medicine services
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH required
  • BLS required prior to hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting
