Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Buffalo General Medical Center. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various medical conditions, providing high-quality patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) or equivalent.
- Experience in telemetry nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
