Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant fields

Essential Qualifications

Experience in student recruitment, educational guidance, or administrative roles is essential. Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a commitment to innovation and program development. The ability to travel for up to two weeks at a time and a valid driver's license are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional credentials such as a JD degree, prior experience in law school admissions, and familiarity with non-traditional student demographics and online education are highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Associate Dean and Admissions team to set admissions objectives, identify effective recruitment strategies, and execute outreach initiatives, including on-campus and off-campus events.
  2. Application Review: Assess applications for admission in line with institutional policies and standards, making recommendations for admissions and scholarships based on established enrollment goals.
  3. Committee Participation: Actively participate in committees at the School of Law and the University, contributing to the broader legal education community through service to relevant professional organizations.
