Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with management to align business objectives with employee needs and goals.
  • Develop and evaluate reports to analyze employee-related factors and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to provide support and consultation on compensation, employee relations, leaves of absence, health and safety, benefits, and other HR matters.
  • Investigate and escalate complex issues to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.
