Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations to determine speech and language therapy treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation services.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in speech and language therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the state of Ohio as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
