The estimated salary for this position is $145,470 - $192,590 USD per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This leadership role requires a visionary who can drive business outcomes through technical expertise. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing technical strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Leveraging your technical expertise to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to implement and maintain our corporate and finance systems and platforms.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies and trends and advising the organization on how to leverage them.
  • Representing Disability Solutions at industry events and conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field; a Master's degree is preferred, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT, including experience as an architect.
  • Experience with enterprise corporate finance systems and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with EPM suites.
  • Experience with data analysis, analytics, and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic thinker and problem solver.
