Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will include:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
  • Ensuring adherence to all daily operational protocols set by the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage safety and quality in line with hotel, Shaner, and Franchise guidelines.
  • Facilitating effective communication with the General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to guest tables in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring courteous and efficient service. Handle payment transactions and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area and equipment.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role with public interaction.
  • Must meet the minimum state age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Completion of ServSafe and/or food safety training.
  • Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS) is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
