Lane Server

Bowlero Corp is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lane Server to join our team. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Learn and relay menu items, promotions, and specials to guests
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Assist guests with questions and requests, and provide recommendations for the center experience
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up, stocking, and organizing supplies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to providing great guest service
• Ability to meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
