Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements
  • Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to promote patient health and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform care decisions and improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements
  • Current LPN license for the state in which you practice
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred
