Our community is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance our team.

As an LPN, you will deliver nursing care aligned with the client’s care plan, which encompasses thorough health and psychosocial assessments, monitoring of client conditions, and coordination of health promotion and preventive services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of LPN experience required
  • At least two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding resident services and care
  • Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively
  • A commitment to the well-being of seniors is essential
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
