About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse leader to join our team as a Registered Nurse Manager ICU. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing leadership and a proven track record of success in managing critical care units. You'll be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the Intensive Care Unit.

  • Assist in meeting the Standards of Practice for the Intensive Care Unit and manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
  • Participate in activities to plan, measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care.
  • Function as charge nurse on assigned shifts and communicate with Nurse Director, ANM, Supervisor, AOS, and Case Manager regarding patient care, staff conflicts, and unusual occurrences.
