About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our Siri Perception team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI and ML technologies that power Siri.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate clear, timely, and objective program status updates to executive teams
  • Plan and manage project timelines, dependencies, and critical path
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and re-plan as necessary
  • Drive alignment across the organization and between teams
  • Execute on-time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs
  • Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources to attack and resolve
  • Define and analyze relevant metrics to measure performance and manage prioritization and trade-offs
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product or program management
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with voice assistant technology and shipping ML-powered end-user products
