**Job Title:** Facilities Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Support Associate to join our team at MCC MANAGEMENT, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our communities are well-maintained and meet high standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance team in ensuring the physical aspects of our communities are well-maintained and meet high standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of community grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure they are clean and free of litter and debris.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as changing locks, checking gates, and distributing notices to residents.
  • Respond to service requests and provide excellent customer service to residents.
  • Identify and report potential hazards or safety concerns.
  • Participate in emergency on-call assignments and adhere to response times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 35 pounds independently.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Must complete McC Fair Housing training within 30 days of employment.
