Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with nursing services to coordinate daily maintenance tasks in resident living areas.
  • Assist with repairs, preventive maintenance, refurbishment projects, and the relocation of furniture and equipment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the facility grounds.
  • Ensure the facility and its equipment are well-maintained for the comfort and convenience of residents.
  • Participate in safety inspections, tests, and drills as needed.
  • Contribute innovative and responsible healthcare solutions by developing and implementing new ideas and processes that enhance systems and achieve outstanding results.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of experience as a building trade helper, apprentice, or in a similar role.
  • Must demonstrate qualifications, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in job performance.
