Job Opportunity

Penn-Mar Castings is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment within the Foundry
  • Troubleshoot problems and complete long-term projects
  • Maintain and repair electrical infrastructure using drawings and blueprints
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Operate in response to requests from the Facilities Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and technical certificate preferred
  • Minimum of three years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and overall machine troubleshooting experience
  • Welding and fabrication experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance procedures and associated documentation
  • Ability to work well and communicate with all functional departments within the company and outside vendors/contractors
