A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECREATION AND ENGAGEMENT FACILITATOR
In this role, you will work closely with our residents to facilitate meaningful social activities and interactions that enhance their quality of life. You will be patient, kind, and enjoy spending time with our senior community members. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Life Enrichment Director with various tasks, such as organizing activities like bingo, exercise classes, and social gatherings; supporting residents during community outings; and encouraging participation in events. You will also have the opportunity to plan, organize, and implement new and existing activities tailored to the interests of our residents.
Your contributions will significantly impact the quality of life for our residents and their families. By providing exceptional customer service, you will be a friendly and respectful presence for our residents. Effective communication with your team and residents is essential, as is maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your fulfillment will come from gaining valuable experience while delivering excellent services to our residents.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECREATION AND ENGAGEMENT FACILITATOR
- Strong commitment to residents' rights and dignity
- Willingness and ability to learn to operate a 14-passenger bus
- Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RECREATION AND ENGAGEMENT FACILITATOR
