Production Line Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team at Jabil. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination of production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams to optimize production and resource utilization.
- Review and discuss production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize scrap and materials request order (MRO) usage by implementing efficient production methods and procedures.
- Monitor production metrics and complete monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that production employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve metrics.
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Strong financial and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email skills required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Or a combination of education, experience, and/or training.
