Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our Florence, KY manufacturing facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, meeting company and USDA requirements, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise production, packaging, and bakery operations to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Train and develop subordinates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs
  • Conduct performance appraisals and administer disciplinary action as needed
  • Manage employee relations, safety, and housekeeping
  • Monitor and control costs, and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with the USDA representative on site to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of related work experience in food industry manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and BRC regulations preferred
