The Role

Omatic Software is seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and driving sales. Ideal candidates should possess outstanding customer-facing skills and have a proven track record selling technology or nonprofit solutions.

This position is based at the company's headquarters, where you will have access to the best sales tools and be supported by a small manager-to-AE ratio. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the great work nonprofits are doing each day to make the world a better place.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on quarterly business plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Maintain monthly sales forecast and accurately communicate progress to management
  • Conduct prospecting calls and develop new client relationships within a defined market
  • Consult with clients and prospects on needs analysis and business objectives
  • Develop proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
  • Deliver actionable, insightful recommendations to clients for Omatic products or services

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience successfully managing a sales territory and a proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Hunter/New Logo driven mentality
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, client needs assessments, and business cases
  • Experience with Nonprofit or Integration tech preferred but not required
