Salary and Job Description

We are seeking dedicated professionals with experience or willingness to learn in occupational medicine, physical medicine & rehab, orthopedics, psychology, and psychiatry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel within Ohio and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments according to Ohio BWC guidelines and regulations
  • Perform accurate and objective Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings using the 5th Edition AMA Guidelines
  • Document findings and provide clear, concise reports within established timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service to clients
Requirements

To be considered, candidates must possess:

  • Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • Previous experience with IME/impairment rating exams preferred but not required
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
