Key Responsibilities- Personal Care and Assistance: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Mobility and Transfers: Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Nutrition and Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as directed and monitor health conditions.
- Companionship and Socialization: Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Documentation and Communication: Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
- Experience and Education: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent.
