Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day management and operations of research projects at the University of Texas at Austin.

Perform subject visits for study activities, including identification and screening of potential subjects, consenting, enrollment, scheduling, study drug management, and all study visit procedures.

Complete all data collection, sample processing, and study monitoring visits.

Ensure regulatory documents are completed through internal processes and manage project close-out activities.

Coordinate clinical communications with sponsors, central and local IRBs, vendors, monitors, and logistics for meetings and project groups, capturing minutes from project meetings.

Manage and train student research volunteers and/or work study students within individual research projects.

Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in data management and analysis software.

Familiarity with research regulations and guidelines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience in research coordination or a related field.
