Job Summary:
OSF Saint Francis Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. You will also teach intensive behavioral therapy classes and record ongoing nutritional progress.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical nutrition therapy appointments
- Perform nutrition assessments for weight management
- Teach intensive behavioral therapy classes
- Formulate nutritional interventions and reassess for changes
- Record ongoing nutritional progress

Requirements:
- Active Illinois License
- Credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Outpatient experience

Work Environment:
- Position located in Peoria, IL
- Drug-free campus
- Negative drug screen for all panels required

Benefits:
- 40 hours per week (excludes orientation)
- 12 nonbillable orientation hours included
- Call off equivalent to 12 hours every 13 weeks allowed without penalty
