Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Lunchroom Para to join our team at Rose Hill Unified School District 394. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students during lunch periods, ensuring a positive and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during lunch programs, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Respond to individual student needs, providing support and assistance as required.
  • Assist with lunchroom clean-up and maintenance.
  • Direct student movement to and from the lunchroom and playground, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with students, staff, and administration. The role requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, as well as frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. The ability to work in a noisy and crowded environment is essential.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
  • Will train.
