Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Lunchroom Para to join our team at Rose Hill Unified School District 394. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students during lunch periods, ensuring a positive and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during lunch programs
  • Respond to individual student needs
  • Assist with lunchroom clean-up
  • Direct student movement to and from the lunchroom and playground
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform duties
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a school environment, which can be noisy and crowded at times. You will be required to work indoors and outdoors, and may be exposed to occasional blood, bodily fluids, and tissue.
