- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification or equivalent is required.
- LEED AP accreditation is preferred, showcasing a commitment to sustainable practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit and energy modeling tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers to foster professional growth.
- Successful track record in business development and client relationship management is advantageous.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design within the building services sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an MEP Engineering Consultancy or similar environment.
