Job Responsibilities:

Nurse Manager - Operating Room
  • Seeking an RN with recent leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Supervisor, etc. to lead a dynamic team.
  • The Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Director of Perioperative Services to manage staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality enhancement, cultivate a positive work atmosphere, and drive constructive changes within the department.

Qualifications:
  • BSN Degree Required
  • Candidates should possess 3 or more years of demonstrated leadership experience in the Operating Room / Surgical Services.
  • TX RN license or eligibility for state licensure.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
