**Legendary Retail Experience**

At Legends International, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team for the NFL Draft event in Cleveland, OH.

**About the Role**

As a Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional game-day experience for our fans. Your primary goal will be to provide legendary customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves the store with a positive impression.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide an exciting and positive environment for our diverse team and fan base
  • Greet guests and ascertain their interests to make sales recommendations
  • Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
  • Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, and other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Present merchandise to increase sales with add-on items
  • Must be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
  • Keep current on promotions and sales in-store and events at the speedway
  • Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts. Assist in inventory
  • Continually increase knowledge of product, facility, and all events held at IMS
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Must be able to read and implement plan-o-grams
  • Assist the Gift Shop set-up team with merchandising of event gift shops, including plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops, and fixtures

**Requirements**

  • Honesty and integrity in all actions and language
  • Must be able to take constructive feedback and make necessary changes
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills
  • Be willing to work extended hours on event days
  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in a comparable company
  • Accuracy in open and close procedures
  • Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Innovative and self-starter, who can work independently and as part of a team
