Execute Merchandising Tasks

Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions to maintain accuracy and high quality of work.

Maintain Quality and Accuracy

Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and consistently deliver above-average project execution compliance.

Communicate Daily Progress

Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on all activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and any success or potential barriers, reporting specific requests, needs, and sales opportunities.

Confidentiality and Knowledge

Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality and have a detailed knowledge of all company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting and Mobility

Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., in addition to the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.

Work Schedule and Requirements

Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking, and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalency certification required, and customer service or sales experience preferred.

Travel and Insurance

Valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary, and automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.

Computer and Internet Access

Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
