Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Billing Specialist will oversee customer and accountant relations, which includes account reconciliation, payment inquiries, and resolution of payment disputes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients (B2B) to ensure that billing, statements, disputes, and returns meet customer expectations.
  • Utilize the company’s automated portal to manage cash applications, aging accounts, and payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone.
  • Work alongside the team to guarantee the precise and timely processing of receivables.

Required Qualifications:

  • A 2 or 4-year degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing.
