Position Overview:

The Estimator will undertake the responsibility of conducting quantity take-offs, scrutinizing project blueprints, sourcing quotes, and formulating bid proposals specific to excavation and underground utilities initiatives.

Primary Duties:

  • Generate precise take-offs and financial estimates.
  • Evaluate project designs and specifications.
  • Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Create comprehensive bid proposals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in estimating for excavation and underground utilities.
  • Familiarity with HCSS software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Capability to interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
