Job Summary

The Shop Foreman is a key role within our team at Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC, responsible for overseeing daily business activities and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce company policies and procedures as defined in the SMEG Company Handbook
  • Interact with service staff to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assign work orders and labor operations to Shop Technicians
  • Assist in performing quality repairs and services in a timely manner
  • Participate in quality check process with Shop Technicians and Assistant Manager(s)
  • Understand and review productivity goals to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in an automotive service-related industry
  • Experience within the Fire and Emergency related industry
  • Must hold and maintain EVT Master Tech and Pierce Master Technician status
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
