We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a member of our Family Advocacy Program, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive prevention services and treating individuals, families, and groups affected by maltreatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat clients using evidence-based modalities, including social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
- Provide voluntary prevention services to prevent family maltreatment and promote healthy relationships.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and safety planning for clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
- Current, unrestricted State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
- Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills for clinical record-keeping.
- Experience with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
This role requires frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional travel for work-related purposes. The majority of travel will be local, with some out-of-area and overnight trips possible.
