Kids Club Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kids Club Host to join our team at TUI.

As a Kids Club Host, you will be responsible for creating and supervising a fun and exciting age-appropriate program for children aged 0-12, covering developmental needs and filled with magical moments.

You will lead a small national or international team in a fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance, while celebrating success using weekly guest feedback.

Additionally, you will ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest standards, as set out in the childcare handbook.

You will also support your TUI colleagues by answering parents/guardians' questions and solving problems.

• Develop and implement engaging children's programs that cater to diverse age groups and interests.
• Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure seamless program execution.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to TUI's high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents/guardians, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the TUI team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.

• You have a genuine passion for working with children and possess relevant experience in childcare or a related field.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with international colleagues, children, and parents/guardians.
• You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure, with a willingness to learn and commit to the role.
• You are fully conversational in English, and ideally German or one of the Nordic languages.
