Job Title: Kids Club Host

Job Summary:

TUI is seeking a Kids Club Host to join our team of childcare professionals. As a Kids Club Host, you will be responsible for creating and supervising a fun and exciting age-appropriate program for children aged 0-12. This will include developing and implementing activities that meet the developmental needs of the children, as well as ensuring the health and safety standards are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a fun and engaging program for children aged 0-12
• Supervise and lead a small team of childcare professionals
• Ensure the health and safety standards are always maintained
• Support TUI colleagues by answering parents' questions and solving problems

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Fluency in English, with German or one of the Nordic languages an advantage
