Job Overview
Automotive Service Advisors at Paul Campanella's Auto Centers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with our repair services. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on their vehicle's needs and helping them understand our repair process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments.
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle's symptoms.
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and obtain customer approval.
  • Generate accurate service estimates and invoices.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Benefits:
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software and automotive service programs.
  • ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
