? Operates maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
? Provides training and guidance to maintenance staff
? Develops cost estimates for upcoming projects
? Compiles and maintains records for regular reporting
? Prepares documentation for payroll processing

? Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in skilled trades
? Preferred leadership experience
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and techniques
? Must be organized and proficient in MS Office applications
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Valid driver's license required
? Understanding of work order systems to support CMMS implementation
? Familiarity with CMMS and building management systems is advantageous
? Universal refrigeration certification is a plus
? Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards in maintenance
? Training in applicable government safety regulations is beneficial
? Ability to work extended hours in adverse weather conditions
? Proficient in communication via radios and capable of hearing over equipment noise
? Ability to foster effective working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and the public
? Capability to use a respirator and/or self-contained breathing apparatus as per industrial standards.
