About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team at Hope for Youth. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising case planners, developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child welfare, excellent supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supervise and support case planners to ensure the successful implementation of service plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
