As an Eligibility Supervisor at MINNESOTA PRAIRIE COUNTY ALLIANCE, you will play a critical role in overseeing and monitoring complex financial and healthcare assistance programs. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and strong leadership skills to ensure the effective management of these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor complex financial and healthcare assistance programs
- Collaborate with the Income & Heal Supervisor, Director, Manager, Monitoring, Health, Human Resource, Business Services team to ensure program effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful program implementation
- Stay up-to-date with changes in program regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Advanced technical knowledge of financial and healthcare assistance programs
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
