We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources
  • Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with established policies
  • Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice
Requirements
  • ADN is required/BSN is preferred and required within 2 years of hire
  • Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
  • STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
