Además, el equipo de Servicio al Cliente es responsable de garantizar la recolección, empaquetado y envío oportuno de productos a los clientes.

Descripción del Trabajo:


• Procesar de manera eficiente los pedidos de los clientes a través de correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas tanto de clientes como del equipo de ventas.

• Proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas a los clientes y al equipo de ventas sobre el estado de los pedidos, inventario, precios e información de envío.

• Colaborar con ventas, gestión y otros departamentos, así como con socios externos, para asegurar que los pedidos se cumplan de manera puntual.

• Resolver problemas de ventas o de clientes de manera rápida y escalar cuando sea necesario.

• Organizar y optimizar tareas operativas para minimizar errores y mejorar la eficiencia.

• Mantener la precisión del sistema de procesamiento de pedidos e inventario, actualizando procedimientos según sea necesario.

• Asegurar que los miembros internos del equipo de ventas tengan un inventario adecuado y reabastecer existencias cuando sea necesario.

• Proporcionar un soporte excepcional al cliente, priorizando la satisfacción del cliente.

• Gestionar el inventario y realizar conciliaciones mensuales.

• Realizar otras tareas de soporte de ventas y administrativas según sea necesario.

Experiencia:


• Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en roles de soporte de ventas y/o servicio al cliente.

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en procesamiento de pedidos.

• Historial comprobado de apoyo exitoso tanto a clientes internos como externos.

• Se requiere diploma de secundaria o GED; se prefiere título universitario.

• La experiencia en industrias relevantes como la atención médica o programas gubernamentales es ventajosa.
