We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Point Quest Group. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress for clients with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments using various assessment tools and techniques to accurately evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to assess clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and support to clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals in implementing behavior intervention plans
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Proven experience in conducting assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
