Piedmont Pets Veterinary Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team in Warrenton, VA. As a Veterinarian at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients while developing strong relationships with their owners.
Responsibilities- Provide routine medical, surgical, and dental care to dogs and cats
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on preventative health care and treatment options
- Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
- Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and exceptional client service
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in Virginia
- 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, with leadership/management experience preferred
- Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
