About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership experience
  • Experience in monitoring quality improvement processes
  • Ability to mentor and train clinical staff
  • Past multi-facility experience preferred
