Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with accounting stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet accounting requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications that meet accounting needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, create training materials, and deliver training to educate accounting teams on system functionality, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze accounting data from D365 to support financial reporting and decision-making, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations of system configuration and process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Financial Systems Analyst role, with a strong background in Dynamics 365.
  • Expertise in Microsoft D365, including Recording to Reporting, Acquire to Dispose, Invoice to Cash, Invoice to Payment, Tax, Consolidation and Eliminations, Foreign Currency Management, and Hire to Retire.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure.

  • Competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $140,000 - $150,000.
