About the Role:

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work
  • Greet customers, inspect their units, and answer questions
  • Document problems with Units and clearly describe them on the Repair Order
  • Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost
  • Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
  • Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer
  • Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership service experience
  • 1+ years Commission Based customer-facing sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Motorcycle Endorsement preferred
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
