Dispensary Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
• Offer empathy and compassion to patients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management and shift supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
