Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our patients.

• Provide personalized support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns about our products and services.
• Assist patients in selecting the right products for their needs, providing education on the benefits and potential side effects of various cannabis products.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
