We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to patients, managing treatment plans, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality healthcare services to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens based on assessed medical conditions.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with departmental policies.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted medical license from the Medical Board of California.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required.
- Medical Doctor with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including residency.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Current DEA registration for prescribing medications.
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or community health setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in primary care with an established patient panel.
- Familiarity with Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desirable.
